Approval of October 6, 2021 minutes 3. Discussion and Possible Action Items: - Jonathan Green-Accessory Building Permit-Pole Barn, 917 South 200 West - Heath and Cheri Hanson-Accessory Building Permit, 712 East Center Street - Alley with Creative Signs-needs confirmation that she may replace the signs at Park-n-Pump Station. 4. Public Hearing: Cliff Hales Subdivision Preliminary Application approval request. 5. Public Hearing: Update revision to Title 11 Subdivision Ordinance. This includes an update to ordinance 11-4 subdivisions to include subdivision open space.
