Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct public hearing in the following order; a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, to ratify title 11 'Subdivision Regulations', in chapter 3-2 'Concept Plan', chapter 3-3 'Preliminary Plan' and chapter 3-5 'Final Subdivision Plat' to change the process for reviewing subdivisions in Planning Commission and City Council for Wellsville City. b. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, to update chapter 10-36-15 titled 'Fences and Walls' in the Wellsville City code. 9. Clark Rigby will present the final plan for the 10 West Subdivision consisting of 2 lots total, located at approximately 10 West 400 North. Tax Id. #11-079-0017 10. Rob Summers will present the preliminary plan for the Summers/Hall Subdivision consisting of 2 lots located at approximately 309 North Center. Tax Id. #11-079-0013 11. Jerry Cokely - Discuss allowing the Marine Corp. League to use the Wellsville City Council room the 3rd Thursday of each month for monthly meetings free of charge. 12. Discuss options of purchasing 2 dump trucks & sanders to replace the dump trucks we are currently driving. 13. Scott Wells - Discuss 4th quarter financial statement for June 14. Department reports 15. City Manager/Recorders report
