- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 2nd day of November 2021 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Mayor Hidalgo - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held October 19, 2021 2. Business - Meeting Information: Mayor Hidalgo and the Cache County Planning Commission - Resolution 21-13 ' A Resolution Amending the Master Fee Schedule to Include a Cache County Resident Road Impact Fee' 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Town Hall Councilmember N. Sparks - October Warrant List - LUDMA - Youth Council Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Animal Control - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Parks Department - Sports Councilmember J. Buttars - Cemetery Department - Emergency Preparedness 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - December 7, 2021 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
