Notice is hereby given that during the October 14, 2021, meeting Ordinance 2021-12 was adopted by the Willard City Council. Ordinance 2021-12 adopted an ordinance granting Connext Company a franchise for the construction, operation and maintenance of an Internet service provider through a fiber optic system in Willard City, Box Elder County, State of Utah. Copies of the full ordinance is available for review at the Willard City Office, 80 W 50 S, Willard, UT during business hours Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12-noon.
