Pursuant to 52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Monroe City,
Sevier County, Utah, will hold a special council meeting on the above date at the
Monroe City Community Center, 220 S 300 W, commencing at 5:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (The order of business may be changed as time permits.)

a. Planning Commission Business
1. Review proposed zone change from RR-1 to the CR-1 affecting property located from 550 N Main to 800 S and 100 S to 450 W.
