AD-HOC COMMITTEE MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Active Transportation Ad-Hoc Committee will hold a public meeting on November 4, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Civic Center City Council Chambers at 110 South Main Springville, Utah and on Zoom.
The agenda will be as follows:
1. Approval of minutes
2. Recap of Stakeholder Bike Tour of Provo
3. Discussion about network recommendations (consultant to provide draft materials in advance)
4. Discussion about policy and program recommendations (consultant to provide preliminary ideas in advance)
5. Discussion about prioritization - Once the plan is established, how does the City prioritize investment? We will discuss criteria for prioritizing projects.
6. Discussion and input from the SC on the next round of online public outreach - slated to run mid-November through early January, dates flexible. The purpose of this outreach is to get feedback from the public on the draft network and ask them to give input in helping us prioritize projects.
