Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sunset City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on November 4, 2021 at Sunset City Hall, 200 W. 1300 N. Sunset, Utah. Said meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. If you have information or items for the Boards consideration, it is necessary that the information is furnished at least 10 days prior to the scheduled meeting to give the needed time to study your request. The agenda shall be as follows: A. CALL TO ORDER B. WELCOME WORK MEETING 1. Review Town Center (TC) Zoning Ordinance for possible changes to the zone. 2. Review Town Center (TC) and Boulevard Mixed Use (BMU) Zoning Ordinances for Commercial uses within the zones. 3. General Information
