Discussion and/or possible action to approve a credit to Colonial Springs Ward House for storm water impact fees. c. Discussion and/or possible action to approve Ordinance No. 435, Amended Sign Regulations. d. Discussion and/or possible action to approve Ordinance No. 437, Crematorium in Certain Zones. e. Discussion and/or possible action to approve Resolution No. 2011-02, Sewer Rate Increase. f. Discussion and/or possible action to approve a proclamation declaring May 25, 2011 as Arbor Day. 6.
