EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Eagle Mountain City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 9, 2021, at 6:30 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following items: - Amendments to Eagle Mountain Municipal Code regarding Shooting Range Ordinances within EMMC 17.10 Definitions, 17.20 Agriculture Zone, 17.35 Commercial Zones, 17.37 Business Park Zones, 17.40 Industrial Zone, and 17.75 Standards for Special Uses; - Amendments regarding Monument Sign height and design within EMMC 17.80 Sign Regulations and Sign Permits; - Ranches Crossing: a Master Site Plan for approximately 3.74 acres of land located at parcels 58:034:0242 and 58:034:0250; - Eagle Mountain Town Center Lot 8: a Site Plan located on approximately 0.65 acres of parcel 59:044:0184; - Big O Tire: a Site Plan located on approximately 0.75 acres on lot 2 of the Pony Express Business Park, parcel 49:955:0002; and - Tagg N Go Carwash: a Site Plan and a Rezone to the Community Commercial Zone for approximately 4.51 acres on Parcel 66:403:0102. Materials for the public hearing item may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the city website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please call the City Recorder's Office at 801.789.6610.
