- The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to discuss revisions to the General Plan. They will hold a second public hearing immediately after the General Plan hearing to discuss and hear comments regarding proposed changes to the River Heights City Code. Written comment for both hearings can be addressed to Commission Chair Levi Roberts and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the hearings.
