- TOQUERVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION November 10, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. 212 N. Toquer Blvd. Toquerville, Utah 84774 This meeting will also be broadcast via YouTube live on the Toquerville City YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOn3wYhjwc2gKbc91YPRIAA. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS DURING THE REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING OCTOBER 10, 2021, CONVENING AT 6:00 P.M.: 1. Public input is sought on a nightly rental application submitted by Tyler & Skyler McCaul located at 22 W Center St. Tax ID # T-JLRS-1. Zoning is R-1-12. 2. Public input is sought on a night rental application submitted by Thomas Lundell located at 158 W Sunset Ave. Tax ID # T-142-A-11. Zoning is AG - Agriculture. 3. Public input is sought on a zone change application submitted by Doug Heideman for Tax ID # T-125-H. Current zoning is AG - Agriculture. Proposed zoning is R-1-12 - Single Family Residential. 4. Public input is sought on a Conceptual Master Planned Development Overlay application submitted by Firelight Development for a 1749-acre development. Located on the west side of Toquerville between I-15 and the new Toquerville Parkway bypass road. Copies of these applications are available for review at the State website http://pmn.utah.gov or at the Toquerville City Office (212 North Toquer Boulevard). In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Ruth Evans at the City Office 635-1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Notice will be sent at least 10 days prior to the meeting to the Spectrum newspaper, posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, and in four places within the city limits of Toquerville: (1.) City Office Board: (2.) Toquerville Post Office Kiosk; (3.) Cholla Park Kiosk; (4.) Westfield Road Kiosk. Posted October 28, 2021 by Toquerville City Recorder, Ruth Evans.
