NOTICE OF THE PERRY CITY 2021 GENERAL ELECTION Pursuant to Section 20A-5-101(5) of the Utah State Code, the following 2021 General Election notice is hereby given: All Perry City residents who are registered to vote will receive a ballot by mail. Ballots will be mailed out on October 12th. Ballot drop box locations, candidate information, and voter qualifications can be found at www.perrycity.org, vote.utah.gov, or Perry City Hall at 3005 S. 1200 W., or by contacting Shanna Johnson at shanna.johnson@perrycity.org or 435-723-6461. Residents may vote in person on November 2, 2021 at Perry City Hall located at 3005 S. 1200 W, Perry, Utah from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Picture ID is required. No early voting will be held. Any changes to the polling location will be posted on the city website www.perrycity.org and on the public meeting notice website https://www.utah.gov/pmn/ . An audit of the election will be conducted on November 8, 2021 at 8:00 am at the County Clerks Office located at 1 South Main Street, Brigham City, UT 84302. The Board of Canvassers will canvass the 2021 General Election votes on November 16, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at Perry City Hall.
