NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Wednesday 27, 2021, at 150 West Main Wellington, Utah. Meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm as a Regular Meeting and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Public Comment Period 2. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council Minutes 3. Oath and appoint - William Barney Zauss as Temporary Councilman 4. Resolution 2021-15 - Capital Improvements Cap 5. Resolution 2021-16 - Departmental Purchases Resolution 6. Ordinance 2021-13 - Business Licensing with Planning and Zoning 7. Vouchers and Warrants 8. Council Reports 9. Mayoral Reports 10. Executive Session to Discuss the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual. 11.
