- NOTICE OF INTENT TO UPDATE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND AN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS FOR STORMWATER FACILITIES IN ENOCH CITY, IRON COUNTY, UTAH Enoch City, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah, located in Iron County, intends to prepare impact fee facilities plan and to prepare impact fee analysis for the storm water system. Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Sections 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given of Enoch's intent to prepare or amend such impact fee facilities plan and impact fee analysis. The geographical area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located is shown in the Enoch City Impact Fee Analysis Area and is the same as the Enoch City Annexation Policy Plan Map, which can be seen at www.cityofenoch.org/ordinancespublic-notices.html/.
