NEWTON TOWN COUNCIL AGENDA October 27, 2021 Special Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Newton Town Council will hold a special town council meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on October 27, 2021, in the Town Council Chambers at Newton Town Hall located at 51 South Center, Newton, Utah. ESTIMATED time of consideration REGULAR MEETING AGENDA 7:00 p.m. 1. Call to Order/Roll Call - Mayor Rhodes 2. Opening Ceremony - Gordon Anderson 3. Resolution 2021-03 - a resolution supporting Wi-fiber's application for Utah broadband access grant funding to expand high-speed internet access in underserved rural communities. 4.
