- Notice of Public Hearing Ballard City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 2, 2021, at 6 p.m., in the Ballard City building located at 2381 E. 1000 S. in Ballard Utah and take public comment in support and opposition to adopting Title 14.04.125, Subdivision Plat Amendments of the Ballard Municipal Code. Anyone interested in this matter is invited to attend the public hearing. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Kaelyn Meyers at Ballard City Office 2381 East 1000 South, Ballard, Utah.
