NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. ROLL CALL. 2. READING/APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. 3. REPORT OF OFFICERS - BOARDS - COMMITTEES. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. 5. NEW BUSINESS. 6. DISCUSSION ITEMS: a. Chris Tilby - Request to replace single-wide mobile home on Railroad St. with a more up-to-date single-wide. Requirements to move forward. b. Review and Discussion of a Parcel of Property along Beck Street for Robert Palfreyman (would it be considered as a buildable lot.) c. Review of a Parcel of Property on Church Street and Last Chance St. for James Davis. d. Review and Discussion of Future Zoning Requirements for Parks and/or Recreations Areas. e. Review and Discussion of proposed Cottage Home Ordinance. f Review and Discussion of Stormwater/Sediment Basins. g. Review of Impact Fees. h. Review and Discussion of needed changes for Eureka's Addressing System. i. Review and Discussion of Building Permits Regulations, Performance Bonds and Contractor Checklists. 7. ADJOURNMENT.
