Public Hearing - Property Exchange In accordance with Utah Code 10-8-2(4), the Perry City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at 7:15 p.m., at the Perry City Offices located at 3005 S. 1200 W., Perry, Utah. The City Council will take public comment in support and opposition to a proposal to dispose of a significant parcel of real property owned by the City described as Box Elder Parcel Number 03-155-0060, in exchange for fair market values and other consideration.
