- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a Public Hearing on November 9, 2021. The hearing will be held at 6:00 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to allow the public to comment on the following: Consider a Change to 10-6A-1 to allow the Planning Commissioner Alternate to Vote Consider Repeal of City Code 10-1-4(B) and 10-11-2(C)G Consideration of ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) Ordinance.
