Located at 290 N 100 W, Logan, Utah. 12:00 p.m. WELCOME APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the meeting of May 3, 2021 PUBLIC HEARING HPC 21-009 Needham Fa ade Remodel (Certificate of Appropriateness) Joseph C Needham/Christian Wilson, owner/authorized agent, are requesting to add three windows to the west fa ade of the existing building located at 99 W Center Street, in the Town Center One (TC-1 HD) zone; TIN 06-026-0006. WORKSHOP - HPC BYLAWS ADJOURN
