TOWN OF RUSH VALLEY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Rush Valley Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct the following public hearing at the Rush Valley Town Hall, 52 South Park Street, Rush Valley, Utah at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, to receive public input regarding the following:
An ordinance amending the Rush Valley Land Use Management Code to require a minimum of a 60-foot front yard setback from the centerline of all road easements and private roads. This setback requirement includes 30 feet on each side of the centerline of the road, along with an additional 30-foot front yard setback from the road easement or private road. This ordinance is also for the purpose of amending the Rush Valley Land Use Management Code to require a minimum of a 30-foot front yard setback from the edge of all dedicated roads.
All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment upon this proposal. Written comments will also be considered if submitted to the Town Clerk/Recorder at least 3 days prior to the hearing. Comments can be sent to townofrv@gmail.com.
