PUBLIC NOTICE The LaVerkin City Council shall hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., in the LaVerkin City Offices, 111 South Main Street, LaVerkin, Utah, during its regularly-scheduled Council meeting, to receive public input on Resolution No. R-2021-21, declaring surplus and available for private sale (for a sum certain, plus the conveyance of certain easements) a certain parcel of real property-a portion of Tax Parcel LV-50-SA, owned by the City-located (a) adjacent to the intersection of 300 South and State Route 9, LaVerkin, Utah, and (b) adjacent land the property owners desiring to acquire such parcel. Copies of the Resolution are available in the office of the City Recorder at 435 North Main Street, LaVerkin, Utah. Any person or group wishing to submit comments regarding this item may do so in writing prior to November 3, 2021. Public comment may be given at the meeting.
