Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct public hearings in the following order; a. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, to ratify title 11 'Subdivision Regulations', in chapter 3-2 'Concept Plan', chapter 3-3 'Preliminary Plan' and chapter 3-5 Final Subdivision Plat' to change the process for reviewing subdivisions in Planning Commission and City Council for Wellsville City. b. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, to update chapter 10-36-15 titled 'Fences and Walls' in Wellsville City code. 7. Clark Rigby will present the final plan for the 10 West Subdivision consisting of 2 lots total, located at approximately 10 West 400 North. Tax Id. #11-079-0017 8. Rob Summers will present the preliminary plan for the Summers/Hall Subdivision consisting of 2 lots located at approximately 309 North Center. Tax Id. #11-079-0013 9. Other zoning matters
