- Public notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of South Salt Lake will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers located in City Hall at 220 East Morris Avenue on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following: An application for a recommendation to the South Salt Lake City Council to amend the South Salt Lake Zoning Map to change the zoning on Lot A, 16-30-152-025-0000, located at 3028 S. State Street, from Commercial General to Commercial Corridor to allow for the development of a proposed financial institution. Application is made by Sanders Associates Architects on behalf of Mountain American Federal Credit Union. Notice is further given that the public is invited to attend and present oral and/or written testimony regarding these petitions to the Department of Community Development. In compliance with Americans with disabilities act, individuals needing auxiliary communicative aids or other services for this meeting should contact Eliza Ungricht at 801.483.6013 or eungricht@sslc.gov, giving at least 24 hours' notice.
