- PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, 6:30 p.m. at the Richfield City Center at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments concerning a proposal for a zone change at 1180 South Cove View Road, from the CS zone to the RM-24 zone.
