WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF GENERAL PLAN/ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting on November 3, 2021, at 3:30 p.m. and a public hearing on November 10, 2021, at 4:00 p.m., or as soon as business permits, before the West Valley Planning Commission. Both meetings can be attended in person in the Council Chambers at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah or electronically via Zoom at: https://zoom.us/j/95328405803, on the following application: Application #GPZ-15-2021, filed by Hamlet Development Corp. Requesting an amendment to the General Plan of West Valley City by reclassifying the following described property from Rural Residential (1 to 2 units/acre) to Large Lot Residential (2 to 3 units/acre) and a zone change from A (Agriculture, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) to RE (Residential Estate). The property is located at 3702 and 3716 South 5450 West on 4.42 acres. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments. DATED this 21st day of October 2021.
