IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: City Council Meeting Thursday, November 4, 2021 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on the Planning Commission's recommendation on a Concurrent Land Use Amendment from LDR (Low Density Residential) to HDR (High Density Residential); and a Zone Amendment from RA-1 (Residential Agricultural, minimum lot size 1 acre) to R-TH (Townhomes) on approximately 3.91 acres. Applicant/Owner: Blue Cactus Dev, Ltd,-Owner. Bill Papanikolas-Applicant. Property Location: Approximately 400 West and Hwy 91 Contact: Mike Haycock, Building and Zoning Department, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard electronically, via email to City Recorder Kari Jimenez at kjimenez@ivins.com, or may submit their views in writing to the City Council.
