WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a Study Meeting to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on November 9, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. and a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers on November 16, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. Both City Council meetings will be held at West Valley City Hall, 3600 South Constitution Boulevard, to discuss: Application # Z-6-2021, filed by Architectural Coalition To amend the zoning map of West Valley City, Utah by reclassifying the following described property from A (Agriculture) to M (Manufacturing). The property is located at 7035 W Gates Ave. on 0.43 acres. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments. DATED this 20th day of October, 2021.
