- Hooper City will be having a meet the candidates night on October 28, 2021 at 7pm-8pm. The candidates will be at the civic center around 6:45pm to mingle and talk with citizens. The question and answer period will begin at 7pm. This event will be held at the Hooper City Civic Center located at 5580 W 4600 S, Hooper, UT 84315.
