- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on June 8, 2021, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2021-06-26 which approved the Searle Annexation No. 3 into American Fork City. The Lt. Governor's office issued a Certificate of Annexation on August 16, 2021, and the annexation was recorded at the county on September 13, 2021. A copy of the complete text of the ordinance is on file in the City Administrative Offices (51 E. Main Street and is available for public inspection. The ordinance has also been posted on the Utah Public Notice Website. Dated this 20th day of October 2021. Terilyn Lurker City Recorder
