Review Monticello City Code Title 10 Chapter 8 C-1 Commercial (discussion) The Planning Commission is reviewing the C-1 Commercial zoning ordinance for updates and suggested changes will be submitted to the Monticello City Council. There will be public hearings scheduled in the future; the final decision will be made by the Council. 5. Review Monticello City Code Title 10 Chapter 9 C-2 Light Commercial (discussion) The Planning Commission is reviewing the C-2 Light Commercial zoning ordinance for updates and suggested changes will be submitted to the Monticello City Council.
