- Public notice is hereby given of a Hyrum City Council Meeting to be held in the Council Chambers, 60 West Main, Hyrum, Utah at 6:30 PM, October 21, 2021. The proposed agenda is as follows: 1. ROLL CALL 2. CALL TO ORDER 3. WELCOME 4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 5. INVOCATION 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 7. AGENDA ADOPTION 8. PUBLIC COMMENT 9. SCHEDULED DELEGATIONS A. Heidi Harris - To request Site Plan approval for a soda and beverage shop located in Ridley's parking lot 780 East Main Street. B. Dan Larsen, Eagleray Holdings, LLC - To request Site Plan approval to construct an additional building located at 120 North 800 East. C. Martin Skabelund - To request Site Plan approval for a new building located at 1733 Anvil Road in the Blacksmith Fork Industrial Park. 10. INTRODUCTION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES A. Resolution 21-15 - A resolution declaring certain Hyrum City Equipment (2021 Trailer & 1993 Chevy Pickup) as surplus and ordering the sale or disposal thereof. 11. OTHER BUSINESS A. Appointment to the Senior Center Board. B. Consideration and approval of the 2021 Fraud Risk Assessment. C. Budget Report. D. Mayor and City Council Reports. 12.
