CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING AND COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Public Hearing and regular Council Meeting on the 19th day of October, 2021 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call Public Hearing to Order Public Hearing to hear on the following: - Proposed Clarkston Town Annexation Policy Plan 2. Adjourn to Regular Council Meeting - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember Jessica Buttars - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held October 5, 2021 3. New Business - Resolution 21-12 'A Resolution Adopting the Clarkston Town Annexation Policy Plan' - Resolution 21-13 'A Resolution Supporting Wi-Fiber's Application For Utah Broadband Access Grant Funding To Expand High-Speed Internet Access In Underserved Rural Communities' - Discussion of Impact Fees For County Residents 4. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Set Date For Town Council and Employee Social Councilmember N. Sparks - LUDMA -Subdivision Update - Youth Council Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department -SCADA System Status - Animal Control - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department -Tree Trimming - Parks Department - Sports Councilmember J. Buttars - Cemetery Department - Emergency Preparedness 5. Other Business - Next Meeting - November 2, 2021 - Public Comment 6. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
