- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold a Special Council Meeting on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah. Due to the State and Health Department COVID-19 guidelines, attendance in person may be limited, as determined by applicable restrictions in place on the meeting date. Residents may participate in the meeting via Zoom. Please call 435-433-6915 or email: eureka15@cut.net for the link at least 3 hours prior to the meeting. Written comments submitted via email at least 3 hours prior to the meeting, which will be read into public record, may be submitted via email to eureka15@cut.net. The agenda shall be as follows: 7:00 pm PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. ROLL CALL. 7:05 pm DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS. Review and discussion of a Single Event Permit Local Consent Form received from BPOE Tintic Elks Lodge 'Fall Ball'. 7:30 pm ADJOURNMENT.
