It will be held in the Council Chambers of the Sunset City Office Building, 200 West 1300 North, Sunset, Utah. REGULAR SESSION 1. CALL TO ORDER & WELCOME by Mayor Madsen 2. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by Council Member Macfarlane 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - September 21, 2021, October 5, 2021 and October 14, 2021 4. PUBLIC COMMENTS 5. Recognize Police Officer Duane Arbogast for 15 years of service with Sunset City 6. Consider Resolution 2021-14 approving the Development Agreement for the Sunset Town Center, A Mixed Use Condominium 7. Mayor, Council and Department Head reports 8. Adjourn the regular session and move into the work session WORK SESSION 9. Discuss the annual Sunset Senior Citizen Christmas Luncheon 10. Discuss the America Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding and expenditures 11. Adjourn
