If discussion is desired on any particular consent item, that item may be removed from the consent agenda and considered separately) 1. Approval of the August 17, 2021 Roy City Council Meeting Minutes E. Public Comments If you are unable to attend in person and would like to make a comment during this portion of our meeting on ANY topic you will need to email admin@royutah.org for your comments to be shared. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To help allow everyone attending this meeting to voice their concerns or ideas, please consider limiting the amount of time you take.
