Jason Cowdin - Business License for Wellsville Recovery LLC. 10. Henry Shaw - Discuss October being CAPSA Domestic Violence Awareness Month 11. Christian Hardy, Logan Fisher & Nathan Wells - Discuss RAPZ Tax funding for a Wellsville City Skate Park. 12. Jerald Leishman - Discuss options for purchasing SCBA 'Air Packs' for the Wellsville City Fire Department 13. Brok & Allisa Bradshaw - Discuss Sidewalk on building lot located at approximately 600 South 200 West. Tax Id. #10-038-0002 14. Chris Clark - Setbacks for larger then 200 sq. ft. shed in back yards. 15. Discuss concept, preliminary and final subdivision approvals along with public hearing process. Concerning ordinance #11-3-2, #11-3-3 & #11-3-5 16. Chris Breinholt - Discuss Wellsville City well locations. 17. Department reports 18. City Manager/Recorders report
