Meeting place to commence tour: St. George Regional Airport, in front of
main terminal building, 4550 S. Airport Parkway, St. George UT 84790
The tour will make stops at the following sites for viewing and discussion. Times are approximate, and stops may be altered or cancelled depending on whether the tour falls behind schedule. The tour will end at approximately 5:00 upon completion of the discussion at the Washington County building.
Start Time
9:30 AM Assemble in front of main terminal, St. George Regional Airport, 4550 S. Airport Parkway, St. George, Utah 84790. The tour will depart from this location.
10:00 AM Visit the Sand Hollow development, along Sand Hollow Road, Hurricane, Utah 84737.
10:50 Visit the Coral Canyon and Sienna Hills developments, along Highland Parkway, Washington, Utah 84780.
11:40 Restroom break at SITLA's St. George Office, 1593 East Grapevine Crossing, Washington, Utah 84780.
12:00 Visit the Green Springs development, along Washington Parkway, Washington, Utah 84780.
12:30 PM Visit the Desert Color development for lunch and tour, 820 West Akoya Pearl Street, St. George, Utah 84790.
2:45 PM Visit the Ft. Pierce/Airport Properties, Airport Board Room, 4550 S. Airport Parkway, St. George, Utah 84790.
4:00 PM Visit with County representatives regarding development in the county - Washington County Building, 197 E Tabernacle Street, St. George, Utah 84770.
5:00PM Tour concludes

Members of the public interesting in attending the tour must RSVP to Lisa Jones by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 19th via email at lsjones@utah.gov. This is to confirm the size of the tour group and coordinate logistics for stops along the way. Those who have RSVP'd and are attending the tour must meet at 9:30 a.m. in front of the main terminal building of the St. George Regional Airport at the address set forth above. Members of the public must provide their own transportation and lunch.
