- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Clearfield City Corporation will hold its first Public Hearing on October 26, 2021 at 7:00 pm to take public comment and begin a 30 day comment period regarding: Update the Rehabilitation program to include new repairs and improvements. Update the Citizen's participate plan to include comment period of any Citizen Participation Plan amendment, define a substantial amendment, include amendments to the Annual Action Plan, and clarify any change must hold two public hearings. Amend the 2021-2022 One Year Action Plan by reallocating $87,491.36 from the current Down Payment Assistance Program to the Resident Housing Rehabilitation Amend the Down Payment Assistance amount from $5,000.00 to $7,500 and increase the purchase price limit from $325,000 to $400,000 Following the conclusion of the 30-day public comment period, a second Public Hearing will be December 14, 2021 at 7:00 pm. The Public Hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers at the Clearfield Municipal Building, located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield City, Utah. Information may be obtained from Clearfield City Hall, 55 State St, Clearfield, Utah 84015, Customer Service Center, 1st Floor, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For further information please contact Melissa Kometscher at (801) 525-2777.
