- Election Day Voting Locations Public Notice is hereby given that Election Day voting will be available for Summit County voters for the 2021 Municipal General Election for Coalville City, Kamas City, Oakley City and Park City, the Special District Election for South Summit Fire District and the Summit County Service Area #3, the Park City School District Bond Election, and the Summit County General Obligation Bond Election at the following times and locations. November 2, 2021 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at: Coalville City Hall 10 North Main Coalville, Utah Summit County Library Kamas Branch 110 North Main Kamas, Utah Marsac Building 445 Marsac Avenue . Park City, Utah Oakley City Hall 960 W Center St Oakley, Utah Summit County Library Kimball Junction Branch 1885 West Ute Blvd. Park City, Utah To qualify to vote in these elections, a person must be 18 years old on or before November 2, 2021, be a United States citizen, and a resident of the applicable entity for at least thirty days prior to November 2, 2021. The statewide voter information website, https://vote.utah.gov/ and https://www.summitcounty.org/281 also have polling place information for Election Day of voting. The Summit County Clerk will post on the Summit County website the location of each polling place for Election Day voting, including any changes to the location of Election Day voting.
