- To be posted on Thursday, October 14, 2021, on the Utah Public Notice Website. Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on October 28, 2021, to receive public comment on a request by Leone Smith. For a Zoning Map Amendment, known as the RL Smith Zoning Map Amendment, for the purpose of amending the zoning map from RA2 zone to R3 zone for the property located at 13530 South 300 East.
