- Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Council will hold a joint work session with the Planning Commission on Thursday, October 21, 2021, starting at 6:30pm at the Hooper Municipal Building located at 5580 W. 4600 S. Hooper, UT 84315. Joint Work Session - 6:30pm 1. Opening Ceremony a. Pledge of Allegiance and Reverence 2. Discussion on the draft of the updated general plan
