Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 27,2021 at 7:00 PM in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N in Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on a request to change the zone for property near 100 West and 700 North. The zone request if for a zero-lot line overlay on the current designation of R-3 zone.
