PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sunset City Planning Commission will hold a work meeting on October 14, 2021 at Sunset City Hall, 200 W. 1300 N. Sunset, Utah. Said meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. If you have information or items for the Boards consideration, it is necessary that the information is furnished at least 10 days prior to the scheduled meeting to give the needed time to study your request. The agenda shall be as follows: A. CALL TO ORDER B. WELCOME C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES September 9, 2021 WORK MEETING WITH CITY COUNCIL 1. Review Town Center (TC) Zoning Ordinance for possible changes to the zone. - Ordinance 9-8-6 -Parking Restrictions -Frontage Build Out -Landscaping/Green Space -Verbiage in both ordinances about reduction by Planning Commission and City Council. 2. Review Town Center (TC) and Boulevard Mixed Use (BMU) Zoning Ordinances for Commercial uses within the zones. 3. General Information
