User Fees Public Notice
'The Heber Valley Special Service District intends to increase user fees and will hold a public hearing on October 28, 2021, at the District Offices at 1000 E Main Street, Midway, UT 84049 at 6:00 pm. The purpose of this hearing will be to hear comments regarding the proposed fee increase. The purpose of this fee is to provide funds to operate and maintain sewer facilities which serve the geographical area served by the district is comprised of Heber City, Midway City and portions of unincorporated Wasatch County, Utah. Information will be available at the District Offices M-F 7:00 am through 3:00 pm.'
