NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN THAT the Tooele Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during their business meeting scheduled for Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall located at 90 North Main Street, Tooele, Utah. Public Hearing on a Conditional Use Permit request by Michelle Jensen for the Pear Place, a multi-use facility, to authorize the following uses on the property located at 311 South Main Street in the MU-G Mixed Use General zoning district on 1.04 acres: - Reception Center. - Retail Store (located within an existing structure). - Retail Store (Total maximum 3,000 square feet). - Professional Office. - Nursery. - Restaurant. - Personal Services. - Private Education Facility.
