Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE CANCELLATION OF 2021 ELECTION SIGURD TOWN Public notice is hereby given that in accordance with Utah Code 20A-1-206, the Sigurd Town municipal election of November 2021 has been cancelled by resolution because the number of candidates, including any eligible write in candidates, does not exceed the number of open at-large municipal offices for which the candidates have filed. The following candidates are therefore considered to be elected to office. Kelly L. Alvey - Mayor, 4-year term Jason Jacobson - Councilmember, 4-year term Bud Bullard - Councilmember, 4-year term Joe Kirkwood - Councilmember, 2-year term Vickie B. Houston Sigurd Town Clerk Published in the Richfield Reaper October 13 and October 20, 2021.
