Description/Agenda: Public Notice The Oakley City Planning Department is receiving public comment regarding the following: Oakley Pasture Subdivision Plat Amendment. The Oakley Pasture Subdivision is proposing a minor change in the boundaries to Lot 1. Proposal includes moving of northern lot line approximately 20 feet further north and the eastern lot line approximately 48 feet to the west. The lot will remain at 2.07 acres. Pursuant to Oakley City Code 13-5-2-E-2, public comment is welcome through October 21, 2021, 4:30 p.m. Public comment can be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com or 435-783-0056. According to Oakley City Code 13-1-20, this public notice has been posted in all appropriate locations.
