NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah. Due to the State and Health Department COVID-19 guidelines, attendance in person may be limited, as determined by applicable restrictions in place on the meeting date. Residents may participate in the meeting via Zoom. Please call 435-433-6915 or email: eureka15@cut.net for the link at least 3 hours prior to the meeting. Written comments submitted via email at least 3 hours prior to the meeting, which will be read into public record, may be submitted via email to eureka15@cut.net. Discussion concerning possible funding for Law Enforcement (SRO) Contract between Juab County, Tintic School District and Eureka City. 4. Review, Discussion and Adoption of Special Event Ordinance. 5. Discussion and Approval of an Amendment to City Council Meeting Minutes of December 9, 2020, concerning awarding Charles Davis the bid for the property on East Main Street and signing of the Real Estate Contract. 6.
