- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm via Zoom to discuss the following matters: Preliminary Plat for Beehive Subdivision at approximately 1407 S 2000 W of approximately 2.20 acres in the Professional Office zone Subdivision Amendment for Distant Serenade Subdivision at approximately 2866 S 3000 W of approximately 2.35 acres in the Residential (R-1) zone Connect digitally via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84948464525 or by phone at 253-215-8782, Meeting ID: 849 4846 4525. Written comments that a member of the public would like to be read during the meeting will be accepted electronically at planningdepartment@syracuseut.com or physically (and by mail) at 1979 W 1900 S, Syracuse, UT 84075. Comments must be received at least five hours before the meeting. Comments received by the deadline will be read for a maximum of three minutes each; any unread remainder more than three minutes will be included in the public record. All related documents are available for public review at the Community Development Department and are posted at least twenty-four hours before the meeting at https://www.syracuseut.gov/AgendaCenter/ in the Planning Commission Category. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
